The best way to fully experience how a new product, software application or service will perform in your unique environment is by trying it. To support this process AzteQ provides the options below:
Proof of Concept (PoC) This is an isolated test and ideal opportunity for a high-level appraisal of multiple technology options; for example PC, laptop, mobile or tablet devices, display screens, interactive whiteboards or cloud hosted services such as office 365 or Google. Each PoC is fully supported by our commercial and technical teams who manage the trial process which includes a detailed solution overview, enhanced focus on specific features that are aligned with your needs and help to answer any questions that arise with support from our vendor partners.
Pilot trial This approach is recommended when evaluating technology, software or support processes that are significantly different to existing models. For example enabling mobile workstyles by introducing mobile devices and secure Internet hosted applications to mobile users. AzteQ has developed a thorough, 10 step process for successfully completing pilot trials. We follow the PRINCE2 project management methodology that engages stakeholders, clearly defines the scope of works and follows a logical sequence of steps. Pilot trials target a representative group of users from across an organisation who complete the technology tests and providing In depth feedback of their experience. There are a wide range of benefits to be gained from completing pilots, they remove the risk of poor investment, significantly reduce the time required to go-live and managed correctly get users on side with a positive perception of the change - which is often the most challenging obstacle to overcome.
